How does booking work?
Fill out the inquiry form with your dates, location, pet information, and the type of care you're looking for. I'll reach out to confirm availability and next steps.
Do you offer a free meet & greet?
Yes! Before your first booking, we'll meet so I can get to know you and your pet, learn their routine, and go over any special instructions.
What happens during a visit?
Every visit is personalized to your pet. Depending on the service, this may include walks, potty breaks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of attention. You'll also receive photo updates so you can check in while you're away.
Do you stay overnight in my home?
Yes! Overnight care allows your pet to stay comfortable in their own home and maintain their normal routine while you're away.
What areas do you serve?
Proc & Paws primarily serves Martin, Palm Beach, and Broward Counties. Don't see your area listed? Reach out, additional areas may be available upon request.
What if my pet has a special routine or needs?
That's completely okay! We'll go over your pet's routine, feeding schedule, medications, quirks, and any special instructions during the meet & greet.
