Privacy Policy

This site is run by Isabella Proctor, the owner of Proc & Paws. This page explains exactly what it collects and what happens to it. It is short because the site does very little.

What this site collects

The booking form is the only place this site asks you for anything. When you submit it, it collects:

• your name
• the email address or phone number you give
• the city or service location you give
• the service you selected
• the dates you need
• whatever you write about your pet

Nothing else about you is collected, and nothing is collected at all if you simply read the site without submitting the form.

What happens to it

Your booking request is sent straight to Isabella as an email, at hello@procandpaws.com. It is not saved to a database, because this site does not have one. The only copy is the email in her mailbox.

Two services carry that message on the way: Amazon Web Services sends the email, and Apple's iCloud hosts the mailbox it arrives in. Neither is used for advertising, and no one else receives it.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else. It is used for one thing: replying to you about caring for your pet.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no tracking pixels, advertising tags, or social media scripts. Your visit is not measured or profiled.

The site also makes no requests to any other company's servers. The fonts and images are served from this site itself, so nothing about your visit is disclosed to a third party by simply loading a page.

The one exception is a link you choose to follow: the Instagram links go to Instagram, and once you are there, Instagram's own privacy policy applies.

Spam protection

The booking form includes a hidden field that people never see, and it records when the page finished loading. Automated spam tends to fill in hidden fields and to submit instantly, so these two signals filter it out. Neither is used to identify or track you.

How long it is kept

Booking emails stay in Isabella's mailbox until she deletes them, in the same way as any other email a customer sends her.

If you would like your enquiry deleted, email hello@procandpaws.com and ask. She will delete it and confirm.
